Connecting your creator accounts helps Valley Creator HQ confirm which public profiles and posts belong to you. It can also place eligible livestreams and hashtagged content on the homepage, in the community feed, and on your creator profile.
How to connect an account
- 1Sign in to Valley Creator HQ
Use the account that owns the creator profile where you want the social content to appear.
- 2Open Profile Settings
Choose your profile menu, open Profile Settings, and find the Social connections section.
- 3Choose a platform
Select Connect for Twitch, YouTube, or TikTok, then sign in to the correct creator account on that platform.
- 4Approve the read permissions
The platform will show what Valley Creator HQ can read. Complete the authorization to verify account ownership.
- 5Turn on the feature preference
For livestream platforms, opt in to homepage featuring. For social posts, keep the public feed preference enabled.
- 6Save and verify
Return to your profile and confirm that the correct handle is shown. Use Disconnect if you linked the wrong account.
Twitch and YouTube livestreams
- Connect the account you actually stream from.
- Enable “Feature me on the homepage when I’m live.”
- Set the stream title, category, or description clearly for Disney Dreamlight Valley.
- When the live check finds an eligible stream, the creator can appear in the homepage streaming rail and receive the pulsing Live Now treatment across creator surfaces.
- The live card links viewers directly to the stream on the original platform.
TikTok, YouTube, and the community feed
Public videos from a connected account can be matched when the title, description, or caption contains #ValleyCreatorHQ. Use the hashtag in the actual public post, not only in a comment, and leave the post visible while the site checks for new content.
Instagram posts
Add your public Instagram profile URL to your Valley Creator HQ profile, then include #ValleyCreatorHQ in an eligible public post or Reel. Public professional accounts are the easiest to discover and attribute. When the handle can be matched, the post can appear in the community feed and on the correct creator profile.
Where your content can appear
- Homepage community carousel: eligible public posts using #ValleyCreatorHQ.
- Your creator profile: matched posts from connected or saved social handles.
- Homepage streaming rail: opted-in creators who are live.
- Creators directory and profile pages: a pulsing Live Now indicator while an eligible stream is active.
