What we collect
When you create an account or participate, Valley Creator HQ may store your email address, authentication identifiers, profile details, connected streaming accounts, public social-profile links and tagged-post metadata, uploaded images, presets, Dreamsnaps, results, favorites, reactions, comments, reports, and preferences. Basic technical logs may also be created for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use this information to operate accounts, display the content you choose to publish, personalize your tools, keep private history, provide notifications, moderate the community, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Analyzer and Inspiration
These AI-assisted tools are optional. When you choose Analyze, your screenshot is sent securely to OpenAI to produce safety and creative feedback with response storage disabled. When available, up to three admin-curated Winning Snaps with confirmed Top 1,000 results may also be supplied as credited visual references so the Analyzer can identify broad creative patterns without recommending direct copies. OpenAI API data is not used for model training by default, although standard abuse-monitoring retention may apply. Valley Creator HQ saves a private copy and the resulting analysis in your account so it can show progression. Analyzer images are not placed in the public gallery unless you separately publish them.
YouTube API Services
Connecting a YouTube channel is optional. Valley Creator HQ uses YouTube API Services and requests read-only access to the YouTube account you choose. The site may access your channel ID, channel name, handle, profile image, channel URL, active livestream metadata, and recent upload metadata such as video IDs, titles, thumbnails, links, and publication dates. Valley Creator HQ does not request permission to create, edit, upload, or delete YouTube content, and it does not collect your Google or YouTube password.
Valley Creator HQ stores your verified channel identifiers, the permissions you granted, token expiration information, encrypted access and refresh tokens, and synchronized channel metadata. This information is used to verify channel ownership, display your connected channel, identify when you are live, link visitors to your stream, and show eligible recent uploads when you opt into those features. YouTube account data is not sold or used by Valley Creator HQ for advertising targeting. It may be processed by Google and YouTube, by Supabase as the site’s database and hosting provider, and displayed publicly only as described by your connection and visibility choices.
You can stop Valley Creator HQ from accessing your YouTube account by selecting Disconnect YouTube in your profile settings. Disconnecting removes the stored connection credentials and synchronized YouTube data associated with that connection from the active service. You can also revoke access through your Google third-party account access settings. If you revoke access through Google, you should also disconnect the channel in Valley Creator HQ to remove its stored connection data. You may reconnect later through a new consent flow.
Your use of YouTube-connected features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Instagram and TikTok community posts
Creators may add public Instagram and TikTok profile links without connecting those accounts to Valley Creator HQ. Valley Creator HQ uses a site-managed Instagram integration to discover recent public posts containing #ValleyCreatorHQ. When a member’s saved Instagram username matches the professional-account username returned through Instagram Business Discovery, matching posts may also appear on that member’s creator profile. Instagram hashtag-search results that do not include an attributable username may appear only in the general community feed.
TikTok does not provide Valley Creator HQ with general public hashtag-search access. A member may optionally connect a TikTok account using TikTok Login Kit. With the member’s permission, Valley Creator HQ uses read-only basic profile and public-video access to retrieve the account’s display name, avatar, account identifier, and recent public-video metadata. Only videos whose title or description contains #ValleyCreatorHQ are added to the community feed and the member’s creator profile. The site stores the verified account identifiers, granted scopes, expiration information, encrypted access and refresh tokens, and synchronized video metadata needed to operate this feature.
Members who do not connect TikTok may instead submit a public TikTok video URL whose username matches the TikTok profile saved on their Valley Creator HQ profile, together with the video caption containing #ValleyCreatorHQ. Valley Creator HQ does not publish, edit, or delete Instagram or TikTok content. Members can stop TikTok access and remove the active connection credentials by selecting Disconnect TikTok in profile settings. Use of these features is also subject to the Instagram Terms of Use, Instagram Privacy Policy, TikTok Terms of Service, and TikTok Privacy Policy.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database, and image storage services. OpenAI processes optional Analyzer and Inspiration requests. Google Analytics measures site usage, and Google AdSense provides advertising services. Google and YouTube process optional connected-channel requests and provide YouTube API Services. Meta and Instagram provide public Instagram discovery and post-link services. TikTok provides optional account authorization, read-only profile and public-video data, and hosts the public videos displayed or linked through the site. Official news, social media, and Wiki links lead to third-party sites with their own privacy practices.
Analytics, advertising, cookies, and consent
Valley Creator HQ uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and general site usage, and Google AdSense to display and measure advertising. Google and its advertising partners may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, device information, and other identifiers for measurement, fraud prevention, reporting, and ad serving. Depending on your location and consent choices, advertising information may also be used to provide personalized ads, non-personalized ads, or limited ads.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a Google-certified consent message before eligible advertising cookies or personalized advertising are used. You can consent or manage your choices in that message. Learn more about how Google uses data when you use sites or apps operated by its partners.
Sharing
Public profile and community content is visible to other members as described in the interface. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the community and service.
Retention and choices
Content remains until you delete it, close your account, or it is removed through moderation, subject to backups and legal obligations. You can edit or delete supported community content, update your profile, manage notifications, choose not to use AI-assisted tools, and manage advertising consent through the privacy controls presented by Google.
Children and changes
Valley Creator HQ is not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate permission. Material policy changes will be announced through the in-site notification inbox.
