1. About Valley Creator HQ
Valley Creator HQ is an independent, fan-run community website for Disney Dreamlight Valley players and creators. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Disney, Gameloft, or their affiliates.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Use accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and do not attempt to access another member’s account.
3. Community content
You keep the rights you have in the screenshots, comments, guides, preset information, profile information, and other material you submit. You give Valley Creator HQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, resize, moderate, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the community service.
Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, sexual or exploitative material, private personal information, spam, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
4. Moderation
Automated safety checks and human moderation may be used. Content may be limited or removed and accounts may be warned, suspended, or closed to protect members, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Reports are reviewed in context and do not guarantee removal.
5. Community tools
Preset availability, DreamSnap feedback, scores, news, catalog information, and community suggestions are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or incorrect. The Analyzer and Inspiration tools are optional and provide creative suggestions—not official scoring predictions or guarantees.
6. YouTube-connected features
Valley Creator HQ uses YouTube API Services to provide optional verified-channel, livestream, and recent-upload features. By connecting a YouTube account or using YouTube-connected features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google and YouTube process information according to the Google Privacy Policy.
You authorize Valley Creator HQ to access the read-only YouTube information described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw that authorization by disconnecting YouTube in your profile settings or through your Google account permissions. Valley Creator HQ does not receive permission to create, edit, upload, or delete content from your YouTube channel.
7. Instagram and TikTok community posts
Valley Creator HQ may display public Instagram posts discovered through #ValleyCreatorHQ and eligible public TikTok videos. Saving a social profile link does not grant Valley Creator HQ control of that account. Members may optionally authorize read-only TikTok profile and public-video access so the site can display their public videos containing #ValleyCreatorHQ. That authorization can be withdrawn through Disconnect TikTok in profile settings.
Members who manually submit a TikTok link represent that the linked account is theirs, that the submitted caption is accurate, and that the public video includes #ValleyCreatorHQ. Valley Creator HQ may remove incorrectly attributed, unavailable, or inappropriate social posts. Valley Creator HQ does not publish, edit, or delete members’ TikTok content. See the Privacy Policy for the data used by these features.
8. Intellectual property
Disney Dreamlight Valley, Disney characters, game artwork, names, and related materials belong to Disney, Gameloft, and their respective licensors. Use of this site does not give you ownership of those materials or permission beyond what the applicable rights holders allow.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or end. To the extent permitted by law, Valley Creator HQ is not responsible for lost content, service interruptions, third-party links, community conduct, or decisions made from community-generated information.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated as the community grows. Material changes will be announced through the in-site notification inbox. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
